  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a return.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  1. Digital Products and Courses:
  • Return Window: Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the customer must not have accessed more than 25% of the digital content.
  • Refund Process: Eligible returns will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  1. Exceptions:
  • Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Final Sales: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
