Return Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Cleared Systems, LLC website, including physical products, digital products, downloadable materials, templates, training materials, and related offerings.

1. Physical Product Returns

Cleared Systems accepts returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging, if applicable
  • Returned with all included materials, accessories, inserts, or documentation

Items that are damaged after delivery, altered, customized, installed, used, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Authorization Required

Before returning a physical product, you must contact Cleared Systems and receive return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Cleared Systems is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs, packaging details, order information, or other documentation to evaluate the issue.

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Non-Returnable Physical Products

The following physical products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or required by law:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Procedure templates
  • Forms

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless a specific refund right is expressly stated.

7. Training, Courses, Webinars, and Events

Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases for online courses, recorded training, downloadable training materials, webinars, and digital educational products are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Live training, consulting sessions, or event registrations may be subject to separate cancellation or refund terms stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, registration page, or written agreement.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or credit card company.

Cleared Systems is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

9. Exchanges and Replacements

For eligible physical products, Cleared Systems may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund when appropriate.

Replacement availability may depend on inventory, product type, and the nature of the issue.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about an order, contact Cleared Systems before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to reviewing order issues in good faith. Unauthorized chargebacks for properly delivered physical or digital products may be disputed with supporting order, delivery, access, or download records.
